The best ideas are born of necessity, so they say, and such is the case with Toobulr: the parent’s answer to getting their kids’ endless volumes of paper and artwork home in one piece.

Developed by a mom who is also a teacher, the idea for Toobulr came to inventor Narda Simpson when she opened her eight-year-old’s backpack for the third time in a week to find either crumpled, ripped or soiled papers inside.

“OMG,” she cried. “There’s got to be a better way!” And just like that, this mom of three had her light bulb moment: her latest (brain)child, Toobulr was born.

The BPA-free sturdy plastic tube is perfect for storing and transporting drawings, artwork, forms and school documents. Toobulr’s snap-shut lid provides a water resistant seal, and its carry handle with an option to use a carabineer style clip, means it can be carried, stashed, or clipped with confidence that what is stored inside will stay inside and make it home safe and sound.

Toobulr is made right here in Canada -- Calgary, to be exact. Complete control over the manufacturing process has ensured Toobulr is made from the highest quality recycled plastics and is dishwasher safe. Keeping production close to home also reduces Toobulr’s carbon footprint .
