Refund Policy
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return any goods, we will happily exchange those goods or refund your money. Please complete the return/exchange document, which can be downloaded by clicking here.

Conditions of returns and exchanges
1.If you are exchanging unopened/unworn product for another size or design, please print off the return/exchange form provided and include $10.00 for re-shipping. You must also e-mail or phone us to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN).
2.If you are exchanging an item due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us to have your return authorized first. You must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) attached to the item(s) being returned. We can provide a same-size replacement in the same or different design.
3.If you are returning your unopened/unworn product for a refund, please provide us with your order number, if known, and print off the return/exchange form provided. (Your order number can be found in your original confirmation). Toobulr can only refund products originally purchased directly from www.toobulr.com or by phone.
4.Toobulr will provide a refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item(s), this however does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
*Please Note: Toobulr cannot accept a return or exchange on any product purchased from other on-line stores. Please return goods by regular mail. COD or courier packages will not be accepted. We do not reimburse postage, and any duties assessed will be deducted from your refund. Any merchandise received that is not in resalable condition will be returned. Goods must be returned in 30 days from date of purchase. No returns or refunds will be granted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). A RAN number is only valid for 30 days after it is issued.
